Paris Fashion Week kicked off after a few shows in Milan that really made the season. Paris again did not disappoint as the week was packed full of one good show after another. Presentations, afterparties, and interviews increased the visibility of brands for the SS27 season. Men's fashion week in Paris is now leading the way more and more with an increase in the Mens fashion genre.

I had the opportunity to talk with one of the up and coming footwear brands Pierre Saigne. Pierre talked about his beginnings at Hermes and also Celine Paris learning the trade. His personal work was envisioned by him early when he was 14 years old. Following up on his dreams and journey, after some years working to build a solid foundation for his own vision, reality came to fruition this season. He opened a pop up store in Paris during this week to attract interest, investors, and most importantly, show his footwear. Boasting interesting and energetic designs he shined and left with confidence in him moving forward. Just one of the stories this week from the fashion capitol.

Other brands such as Jonathan Anderson with Dior again showed that he is more than just talented, his work will be an icon in fashion for other to be inspired and look up to.
Brands like Lazoschmidl, Ouest Paris, 1199, Kidill, Doublet, LAD/, Undercover, and Malo just keep making work that is evolving into some of the brightest fashion in Mens. Not only are they taking their unique flavors to the stage, they are becoming more strong, confident, and fun. Brighter colours, defined styles and cuts, unique materials, and of course fun with their work. More now Men’s fashion is getting established as the place to be in as this season really showed that Men's style is becoming more than just a few pieces. It is crossing into future territory and making headway to be just as strong as women's fashion.

Exciting and bright are the words I would use to describe the season, with a positive outlook that this is one for the fashion history books.

Really enjoyed reading about the fresh ideas and rising talent at Paris Fashion Week—it’s always interesting to see where men's fashion is headed. On a lighter note, when I’m taking a break from reading, I like playing Subway Surfers since it’s a fun and relaxing way to unwind for a few minutes.
